About Rosako Bailey
Founder, Executive Consultant
With a degree in business and more than thirty years of experience in the restaurant industry, Rosako Bailey has obtained a comprehensive and diverse background.
Having advanced from front of the house manager to operating partner and founder of his own brand, Rosako Bailey possesses a profound understanding of how to cultivate an efficient and effective restaurant. He was acknowledged for producing a Top Ten corporate restaurant by maintaining lower food costs, lower employee turnover, and increased revenue. His ability to maintain an efficient and effective work environment resulted in his service on strategic planning committees, travel throughout the country to implement more efficient infrastructural changes, and leadership of management and executive teams on staff training.
Following the establishment of his own brand in 2014, Rosako Bailey expanded his experience in food service by working in food preparation services, business and personal caterings, as well as food truck management. His indelible contributions in the community were recognized as he became the first recipient of the Sparking Ice Cheers for Heroes award, and was featured on prominent television food programming - the Food Network's Guy's Grocery Games and the Travel Channel's Food Paradise.
With this breadth of knowledge and experience, Rosako Bailey launched Kulinary Kompass Consulting in 2023 to pursue his passion for serving and supporting his fellow food service professionals in enhancing their overall operations.
